We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To request a return:
  Please email us at Bonjour@pmyfrench.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exceptions:
We do not accept returns on sale items, personalized items, or items marked final sale.
